Gratituesday

What I'm thankful for: That God knows our every need, and that even when life's circumstances don't make sense to me, He's working them for my good.

My dh got a new position at work in June. But then, things just didn't seem to be working out right. Instead of the great new schedule he was supposed to have, he was working even more than before, and there was no end in sight to the chaos because they were suddenly very short-handed, yet were under a hiring freeze.

So he's worked more than ever all summer. We've been tired...no...exhausted...by everything we've been going through, and this has at times seemed like the last straw.

Till last week. When we heard that at another location (same company) across town, where they are fully staffed, business is so slow they're asking employees to take time off without pay.

God knows my needs better than I do. And when I can't figure out what's going on, I have to remember to trust Him.

Thank You, Father. I love You.

What a beautiful post. I love the idea of recording some of your many blessings once a week. We all have so much to be grateful for. Thanks for inspiring me to feel it and to express it.

So true that we have to trust, but so very nice when he does reveal his plans!

Hey Prudy! I found this meme at Heavenly Homemakers...I just now added the link to the bottom of my post to make sure credit goes where it's due. It's an inspiring blog!

Amy, you're right. God is so good to sometimes let me have a glimpse of HOW things worked for my best! Gives me more faith for all the things I still can't see!

Blessings!

I love the idea of Gratituesday! I may have to try that! You've been tagged. Post 7 random things about you, and then tag 7 more.

I love this post and how you point out how God knows our every need and works everything out for us even when it doesn't make sense to us. I have to work to remember that every day. Thanks so much for joining Gratituesday!
